Happy Fourth of July! (also a WIP Zoan....)

No money to buy new parts for Tyrannos, so I'm building Zoans out of spare bits today. In addition to their fashionable blast-a-matic hats, I was thinking they should have vestigial arms, if not tentacles.

You eldritch horror fans out there.... any thoughts?

Whippy power cord thingies.

One of the most disturbing elements of the Tyranid Zoan is the smile. It is really creepy, and is consistent with the horror genre to boot.

Agreed with Greg, this thing needs a "grin" if you can manage it. I also like the idea of vestigial, withered little arms, but some tentacles wouldn't be out of place, either.

@ Greg: 0_o wha?

Oh, you meant "grin" LITERALLY.

Well, the Tyracrons have cold, inscrutable, metal masks for faces, so any smile is entirely at the inference of the observer. Also, quite honestly I'm not sure creasing the little Necron head with an X-Acto blade would produce any desirable results.
